Monty's Corner is carefully selecting music which aims to help our young people to have calm moments or help them to fall asleep peacefully at troubled times. The following albums have been recommended by parents. Please send us your favourites!

Some parents reported that, when their children did not want to do anything but just lie in bed and stare at the ceiling or the window, they put such meditative music to help them, rather help their minds to be peaceful.
